Pricing
Dr. Juarez provides services based on an initial visit fee of $895.00, followed by tiered pricing packages or group visit pricing depending on the level of care that she recommends. The 90 minute initial patient encounter is designed to allow ample time getting to know you, and learn about your current health status. We can then assess which lab tests are the appropriate course of action. Our direct care model provides patients with greater physician access. It also allows more one-on-one time with the doctor. This model is not reimbursible by third party insurance. Our healthcare system is severely broken because insurance companies are in business to pay for sickness only. Rarely do they provide resources for patients to truly engage in learning how lifestyle and habit change can result in reversal of disease. We are in business to utilize every tool we have in order to transform your health and help you achieve optimal wellness! We want to change healthcare delivery in the United States of America! Please note that we DO NOT directly bill your insurance, but we can utilize insurance for lab work when allowed by the individual lab.
Appointments
We are currently accepting new patients. We start with a free discovery call by phone. We allow 15 minutes for a brief intake of why the patient is seeking the help of a functional medicine doctor. If an in-person or virtual initial visit is recommended, we will invite you to schedule a 90 minute consultation. We are offering new patients a telehealth or in person visit. At this appointment we will discuss your health history in detail and spend quality time getting to know how we can help you. We will order a comprehensive blood panel , with complete testing of thyroid, lipids, hormones, and inflammation markers, not commonly available through conventional doctors. We may also recommend advanced functional lab testing which can provide information critical to finding the root causes of your health problems. Upon review of your lab tests we will design your personal roadmap which kickstarts your health transformation journey and resolution of your symptoms. If you do not wish to proceed after the initial consultation, you are under no obligation to continue working with Dr. Juarez, but of course we hope you will allow us to be a part of your healing journey!
